BONFIRE ATL IS BACK! Atlanta Indie Market is the link to your vendor registrations. Please take a moment to review the vendor options below, as each price is designated for a category of vending. There are multiple pricing options below to cover the variety of vending categories that will be highlighted at this Sunday's Bonfire ATL. Please review the price information to ensure your items offered match the price you are selecting. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that the method of payment is accurate and available to provide payment for the registered price. Payment will process once the application is APPROVED. There is a $3.50 non-refundable registration fee that will process immediately, but the full registration payment will not process until APPROVAL. If you select multiple price options or multiple quantities of a price, you will be charged upon approval for each price selected. Please make sure you are only selecting the price and quantity you desire to pay for. Approval message for the event will contain all load in and load out instructions for vendors as well as the address for the location. Parking instructions
PARKING: There is no guaranteed or reserved parking location for vendors, however, there is limited parking available on the first come first serve basis. Parking is available on the street, garages, etc. If you park on the street or in a lot, please adhere to the regulations and restrictions of that area. AIM nor BONFIRE ATL is responsible for vendor vehicles and parking fees.

Terms & Conditions Bonfire ATL & Atlanta Indie Market Vendor Terms and Conditions: We are excited to workwith you. By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility and Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of food and goods. Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, must provide proof to the Bonfire ATL or Atlanta Indie Market organizers. The vendor shall indemnify Bonfire ATL and Atlanta Indie Market against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions. Fees and Payments: Vendors are responsible for all fees associated with their participation in the event, which will be outlined in their acceptance letter. All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows. Setup and Operations: Vendors are responsible for their own setup. For this event, art, retail, food, bakery, product, and similar vendors are able to exhibit and/or sell their work or product. Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the organizers. All vendors are expected to maintain their area in a clean, safe, and professional manner at all times. Product and Pricing: Vendors agree to offer only the items approved by Bonfire ATL or Atlanta Indie Market and to maintain reasonable prices to encourage customer purchases and satisfaction. Vendors must clearly display prices for all items. Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing courteous service to all customers and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Bonfire ATL or Atlanta Indie Market organizers of any cancellation at least one (3) days prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future events. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Fabric of Art organizers (e.g., weather, natural disaster), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Amendments: Bonfire ATL and Atlanta Indie Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms. Agreement: By applying for and participating in Bonfire ATL vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers. We look forward to a successful event and are thrilled to have you with us. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to making Bonfire ATL an exceptional experience for everyone involved.
