Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be notified of your acceptance and the card on file with be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED should you be accepted so please only apply to this event if you are prepared to pay for and attend as we do not allow cancellations/refunds (see our policy below).
Please submit only 1 application and choose the category that best describes your main product line as we do our best to curate events to reduce over-saturation. ** At this time we are only accepting artisan vendors, no direct sales vendors** You are registering for a 10 X 10 booth space, where you must provide all of your own set-up materials including (required) a tent, weights. * WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED. Please note if you fail to bring weights, you may be asked to not set up. We can not provide access to electricity for any vendor. This is an outdoor event, so please prepare for outdoor weather. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER OR NO SHOW. **
***If you would like to donate a raffle item to the event please contact Cait with Dragonfly Creative Academy to coordinate pick up of the item before the event date. Vendors who donate an item will get an extra shout out on social media and their items promoted.
