Bella-Brooke’s Scarecrow Competition is open to all individuals, families and businesses. Each participant must submit a registration form (available by emailing lhollist@twcny.rr.com) by the deadline date of Sunday, October 1, 2023. The scarecrows will be judged at the Bella-Brooke Fall Festival on Sunday, October 8, 2023. 1st Prize $100, 2nd $75 and 3rd prize $50
