3rd Annual Return Of Bay Area's Oktoberfest 2024!!!
Crockett’s Second largest annual event, and it gets bigger and better each year, drawing crowds estimated between 1,000 - 2,000 enthusiastic attendees throughout the day.
The 3rd Annual Return Of Bay Area's Oktoberfest 2024 will be held, rain or shine on Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm. 2nd Avenue will be closed off for everyone to safely enjoy the food, music, shopping, and other activities. There will be live entertainment on stage.
Food vendors must comply with applicable Contra Costa County Environmental Health Divisions Requirements. Your booth will be inspected the morning of the Festival, before the Festival opens, by a representative from the Health Department.
- Food booth check in time / set up time: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Food trucks MUST ARRIVE by 8:00 a.m. and ready for inspection by 10:00 a.m.
- Booths are expected to be operating continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Booths may not be broken down before 6:00 p.m.
- Commercial Booth spaces are 10 x 10.
- Food Booth spaces are 10 x 20.
- All vendor spaces will be outdoors.
- Electricity is not available.
- Booth spaces must be left clean.
Non-Food Booth fees and Food Booths are non-refundable after July 1, 2024. A cancellation request from the vendor must be submitted in writing to the address above or via email to Sugartownfestival@gmail.com.

Entry is by valid ticket only. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for non-compliance with event policies or disruptive behavior.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
In case of event cancellation, ticket holders may receive refunds or tickets for a rescheduled date. No refunds for no-shows.
3. Liability
Attendees assume all risk associated with event participation. Organizers are not responsible for personal or property damage or losses.
4. Image and Likeness
Attendance implies consent for use of any photographs or recordings in promotional materials.
5. Venue Rules
Attendees must comply with all venue rules, including health and safety policies.
6. Alcohol and Drugs
Illegal substance use is prohibited. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly by those of legal age.
7. Terms Modification
Organizers may modify terms without notice.
