Welcome clubs, cons, and organizations!

Club Tables are tables in the main concourse, outside the Dealer’s Room and Main Events hall for groups, clubs, organizations, and even other conventions to advertise at during Anime Weekend Atlanta. Groups with club tables will be permitted to hand out fliers and swag, sell branded merch, and talk to attendees about their organization.

To apply for a table, please read through the FAQs and submit an application before November 15th, 2024. We have limited spaces, so please submit your form as early as possible.

FAQs

Will I receive badges with my Club Table?

• Reserving a Club Table does not include badges; you will need to buy a badge for each person working the table.

I want internet/power for my table, how can I get it?

• Power and Internet are available through the GWCC at an additional cost. We will have information on obtaining these for your table at the event.

Can I have videos/radio/music playing at my table?

• Any sound devices at your table must be kept at a low volume.

Are there any special requirements for having a table?

• Tables must be manned during the convention between:
  • Thursday 12pm – 6pm required (10am-8pm suggested)
  • Friday 10 am – 6pm required (8am-8pm suggested)
  • Sat 10 am – 6pm required (8am-8pm suggested)
  • Sun 10 am – 3pm required (8am-4pm suggested)
• If your table is not staffed during the above times, your table may be given to another group and you will not be eligible for a club table in future years.
• Please do not move or swap your assigned table. Tables are assigned in the order they are requested.
• Tables are for passing out information about your organization. To maintain a fair environment for our vendors, selling items without your organizations branding is prohibited. However, you are welcome to give away non-branded items.
• The Club tables are in a very high traffic area. Please make sure your table/display is not causing an unreasonable obstruction to smooth traffic flow. If your display becomes an obstruction to traffic, you will be asked to tone down your display.

I have a SUPER COOL display for my table- are there any limitations on displays?

• Any display must be free-standing. Nothing may be stuck/hung from the walls, floor, or ceiling.
• Displays may not be larger than 10ft tall or wide,  and may not extend into the walkway.
• AWA is a family-friendly convention so your display, flyers, handouts, etc. must be too.

Content Creators

Anime Weekend Atlanta welcomes content creators to join our event! If you'd like to help spread the word about Anime Weekend Atlanta, our Content Creator badge may be right for you.

Approved applicants will receive one (1) complimentary badge per content creator.

Approval includes admission to all four (4) days of Anime Weekend Atlanta.

Requirements:

You must create content relevant to Japanese pop culture, convention culture, including but not limited to :

• : Anime, Manga, Gaming, Idols, J-Fashion, Cosplay, Japanese Music, etc.

You must meet one or more of the minimum follower/subscriber counts:

• Instagram : 10k followers.
• TikTok : 50k followers.
• X / Twitter : 10k followers.
• YouTube : 5k subscribers.
• Twitch : 5k followers.
• Facebook : 10k followers.
• Note, we will also be taking your level of engagement into consideration.

You must allow AWA, LLC. the right to post, re-post, and create new content using any Anime Weekend Atlanta related content you post on your social media accounts beginning at acceptance and lasting until December 12, 2025.

• . In return, AWA, LLC agrees to use this content solely for the purposes of promoting and bringing awareness to Anime Weekend Atlanta.

You must commit to making no fewer than:

• 2 posts leading up to Anime Weekend Atlanta, one being no less than 1 week out from the event, and 2 posts during Anime Weekend Atlanta.
• OR 2 posts leading up to Anime Weekend Atlanta, one being no less than 1 week out from the event, 1 post during Anime Weekend Atlanta, and 1 post concluding Anime Weekend Atlanta, no later than December 20, 2024.

Content Creator Policies:

• Your Content Creator badge allows complimentary access during all public hours.
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow early access, special access, line cutting, or backstage access.
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT guarantee seating, autographs or free autographs from guests.
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow you free access to separately ticketed concerts and events.
• Content Creator badges are nontransferable. You may not loan or sell your content creator badge. Anyone found violating this will have their badge revoked and will be disqualified from Content Creator badges at future Anime Weekend Atlanta events.
• Your Content Creator badge does not guarantee interviews. If you'd like to speak with an invited guest, please arrange this through our Press Team prior to the show after your badge has been approved. Interviews with talent cannot be guaranteed at the event. All of our guests have approved schedules, and on-site requests are very difficult to fulfill.
• Prior acceptance does not guarantee acceptance this year.
• All decisions are final.

Anime Weekend Atlanta reserves the right to approve or deny any application. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. Include any and all information in your application that will allow Anime Weekend Atlanta to make an informed decision.
