AutumnFest is a juried artisan and maker festival in Downtown Mebane, NC, featuring handcrafted goods, fine art, and high-quality products. We do not accept MLMs, mass-produced items, or imported goods. Please read the guidelines below before submitting your application.

Food Vendors (Limited spots; must comply with health regulations)
🚫 MLMs, mass-produced items, resale goods, and imported products are NOT permitted.
Event Protocol & Setup InformationJurying Process: Vendor applications will be reviewed starting mid-May, with approvals on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
Booth Setup: Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays. Tents must be weighted with 40 lbs total per canopy/tent to ensure safety.
Electricity is NOT provided for booths.
Vendor Load-In & Parking: Vehicles are not allowed in the event area after setup. Vendors will select a time slot closer to the event. Each vendor will have 30 minutes to unload and remove their vehicles from the event space and will then begin their set up. Parking details will be provided upon acceptance.
Sales & Booth Management:
Vendors must remain open for the entire event.
Booths may not be shared or transferred.
All items sold must align with the images submitted in the application.
No food or drink may be sold by artisan vendors; no arts or crafts may be sold by food vendors.
Craft demonstrations are encouraged but not required. If demonstrating, please note this in your application.
Event Conduct: Any items the committee considers illegal or inappropriate will be removed. Vendors who fail to comply with the guidelines may be asked to leave without a refund.

We are excited to welcome a diverse selection of food trucks to AutumnFest 2025! This well-established festival, now in its 16th year, attracts thousands of visitors to Downtown Mebane. We are looking for high-quality, unique food vendors to complement the event.

📍 Location: Downtown Mebane, NC
✅ Space & Setup:
Food truck spaces are designated based on event layout and may be assigned on Clay Street, Third Street, or Fourth Street.
Trucks must be self-contained—electricity and water hookups are not available.
Vendors must provide their own quiet generators if power is needed.
Setup must be completed at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
✅ Health & Safety:
Vendors must comply with all local health department regulations and obtain necessary permits from Alamance County Health Department.
Food trucks must be fully licensed and insured and have a valid fire extinguisher on-site.
A copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Downtown Mebane Development Corporation as an additional insured must be provided.
✅ Fees & Payments:
The vendor fee is $300 per truck and is due upon approval.
Payments will be process upon acceptance.
No refunds will be issued after acceptance, including for no-shows or weather-related cancellations.
✅ Event Protocol & Vendor Conduct:
Vendors must remain open for the entire event duration. Early departure is not allowed.
All food trucks must have a waste disposal plan and keep their area clean.
No music or amplified sound is permitted from food trucks unless pre-approved by event organizers.
Vendors selling alcohol must have proper permits and follow all state and local laws.
✅ Parking & Logistics:
Food truck vendors will receive detailed parking instructions closer to the event date.
Only one support vehicle per food truck will be allowed in designated vendor parking areas.
