- Produce & Plants – fruits, vegetables, herbs, houseplants, garden starts
- Animal Products – eggs, dairy, meat, wool, honey, and other bi-products
- Livestock & Animal Care – all products must come from animals raised by the applying grower
All products must be 100% grown or raised in New Mexico by the vendor applying. No reselling or third-party sourcing is permitted in this category.

We understand that upfront costs can be a barrier for some vendors. If needed, vendors have the option to split their booth fee into two payments.

Provide complete and proper documentation, including food permits and proof of insurance
Use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible
Offer food or beverages that are unique, high-quality, and add variety to the market
To maintain balance and avoid oversaturation, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar products (e.g., baked goods, beverages, sauces, etc.). Final selection and category limits are at the discretion of market management.
