About the event
The Art Association of Jackson Hole is pleased to present the 59th annual Art Fair Jackson Hole. A quintessential Jackson Hole summer event, AFJH features professional local and national artists selling fine art and craft including ceramics, paintings, furniture, photography, and much more. Artists and exhibitors are selected through a blind jury process and invited to present their work to thousands of patrons over an extended weekend, Friday through Sunday.

Parking instructions
Please pay special attention to the Unloading Times information. We have limited unloading space. Assigned times reduce congestion and help ensure artists can park close to the CFA park. Please respect your assigned time, other artists, and A!A staff & volunteers to make this day go smoothly for everyone! UNLOADING AND SETUP All artists will be assigned a 2-hour window to UNLOAD. Unloading Streets: 265 S Cache and 240 S Glenwood Please follow these steps when you arrive: When you arrive, you will be given an unloading zone pass to place on your dashboard with your unloading time listed. Before unloading, check in with the volunteers at the artist check in table on the lawn. You will be given your artist packet, nametag, and important information. There is absolutely no driving on the lawn - come prepared with a wagon, cart, or dolly to bring your items from your vehicle to your booth space. Please unload all of your materials and move your vehicle off site BEFORE setting up. Artists can relocate and park in the Millward St. parking garage, at the First Baptist Church, or in other on-street parking spaces (see map below) You can have as much time as you like to set up - the 2 hour limit is for parking in the unloading zone.

Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Offer to Exhibit An artist, who is selected by the jury and accepts our invitation to exhibit, has implicitly agreed to AFJH terms and conditions as set forth under Rules/Regulations and Legal Agreement. Acceptance notifications will be sent on April 8, 2024. All artists will need to accept their invitation and remit booth fee by April 22, 2024. Cancellations & Fee All cancellations must be received in writing via email or mail. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the previously confirmed booth fee. No refunds on booth fees will be issued after April 22, 2024. Booth Fee Payments Process Booth fee selection and payments will be processed through Eventeny. Exhibitors invited to participate in AFJH will receive a booth map layout for them to select their booth. They will then be asked for payment through Eventeny. If you would like to avoid the credit card processing fee. You can email me jenlee@artassociation.org the booth you have selected. Then mail in a check for the booth amount. Mail checks to Art Association, PO Box 1248, Jackson, WY 83001. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in revocation of the invitation. See RULES & REGULATIONS at the end of this application.
