About the event

Juneteenth typically is celebrated in June but we have been celebrating the accomplishments of Black people through and through. As we lead up to Kwanzaa another Black celebration we want to celebrate all that Kwanzaa stands for in our community. We will be hosting a Virtual Kwanzaa Festival. Complete with activities for the children, showcase and performance's and of course exhibitors that will be showcasing their products and showing you some behind the scenes of how they work their magic to bring to you some amazing products. We hope that you will join us as we go through all the days of Kwanzaa together. Please register to attend and register to be a vendor.

About the application

VENDORS Needed:

 

Juneteenth NY focuses on the growth of Black parent entrepreneurs. We have been supporting small businesses for over 11 years and have been very successful with over 5,000 people in attendance in live events and over 100 vendors. We will bring together the same festival like environment that we held in person to the online space with lots of prizes and giveaways. No event will be complete without a family area for our kids to enjoy some activities too. 

 

Join us as a vendor to showcase your products and sell your products directly from our platform. This platform will remain up for two months after the event is over so you can have an addedd layer of exposure. 

 

What do you get as a vendor: 

1. A space that allows you to upload videos and pictures of your business

2. Able to create commercials for your business that we can share to promote your business

3. We help you with building brand connection

4. Open to different kinds of businesses including artist who have products to sell

5. This platform is able to connect directly with your FB, Twitter and IG for easy posting

6. Able to connect to  others and get exposure to a wider community

 

How do you Participate?

1. Be available at the time slot that you choose to present for your business

2. Have a quiet space in your home to showcase your products as you would at an in- person event. If you have children, find ways to incorporate them in your live

3. Complete your online application

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a vendor for none payment and lack of engagement. In order to hold successful events as we have learned in our over 11 years of event experience, we seek small businesses that will be engaged with our platform and open to sharing other businesses for added exposure.

1 Day of Vending $30 We are excited to have you as a vendor with us for 1 day of programing.
2 days of vending $55 You will receive 2 days to present your business. Each with 30 minute segments per day.
4 days of vending $75 We are glad to offer this deal for 4 days of vending you will be able to present your business products to the community. Savings of $45.
6 days of vending $100 What a steal savings of $80 with 6 days of exposure and promotion.
