Our Festival (In-Park) Donations program provides a ways for your non-profit organization to raise money for both your organization and the Atlanta Pride Festival. By signing up to participate in this program, your organization will collect funds in the park and half of the funds your organization collects will be donated to your organization and the other half will be donated to the Festival Operations. It's a great way to give back and get back for your organization.
Your organization must be a recognized 501c3 organiation to participate and you must have a minimum of two (2) volunteers to participate in the program for one full shift. Complete this application in it's entirety and you will be contacted with more information approximately 3 - 4 weeks prior to the event with more details, if your organization is approved to participate.
Your group will earn back 50% of everything they collect while working. Proceeds will be sent within 30 days after the event in the form of a check. All checks must be made out directly to the nonprofit organization. APC cannot write checks to for-profit groups or individuals.
PLEASE NOTE: No one is allowed to work alone. All donations collectors must be at least a team of 2 for safety purposes.
