By submitting my application, you agree to the following terms for participating as a Presenter at What the Flow: A Spiritual Community Jam on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Unity of Walnut Creek in Walnut Creek, CA. You understand that this agreement is between yourself ("Presenter") and Intuitive WTF Events in collaboration with Light Warrior Collective ("the Company") and becomes effective upon approval.
As a What the Flow Presenter, you agree to:
- Be present and prepared to present in person on the above listed date at Unity Center in Walnut Creek.
- Provide your own materials and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Promote What the Flow - A Spiritual Community Jam via social media, email list, or other engagement tools. You can repost promoted content from Instagram/Facebook.
- You give us permission to livestream, record, photograph, and disseminate your engagement.
Intuitive WTF Events & LIght Warrior Collective Agrees to:
- Provide a 30 minute of entertainment to take place between 11am - 4pm. The stage location and time will be determined by the Company.
- Provide speaker system and handheld mic & stand.
- Promote Presenter on social media announcements on Instagram/Facebook and highlight the
- Presenter on the event website, event emails, and onsite promotional material. Individualized social media posts are not guaranteed.
- Offer a $25 discount on available booth of their choice.
Intended Purpose of Presentation:
The purpose of the Presenter is to lead Jam Sessions that encourage movement, expression, music, or inspire a sense of flow, while sharing their expertise in a cultural, holistic, healing, or spiritual way to engage and uplift the audience.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by the Presenter, the Presenter shall be responsible for reimbursing any fees, including deposit, received from the Company.
If cancellation is initiated by the Company, Presenters will be notified promptly via email of other appropriate means. The Presenter reserves the right to retain any deposit paid by the Company.
If either party wishes to reschedule, any fees paid will be transferred to the future event, subject to mutual agreement between both parties.
This cancellation policy clause is established to ensure accountability and equitable resolution in the event of cancellation, with clear delineation of responsibilities based on the party initiating the cancellation.
Indemnity and Hold Harmless:
The Presenter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Presenters participation in the event.
Act of God:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
Applicability and Modification:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
By signing below, the Presenter acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
