CV Youth Compass - Navigating your Future Education and Career is a joint project between Leadership Coachella Valley and The Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs, Cathedral City and Coachella Valley. Our goal is to connect students with career paths in fields such as Government, Nonprofit, Entertainment, Hospitality, Technical, Hotel, Restaurant and more. • A goal of offering hiring or internship opportunities to help youth explore meaningful summer roles. • Provide engaging speaking panels and sponsored booths where students can explore real-time opportunities.
