Now in its 21st year, NWA Pride is Arkansas’s largest LGBTQ celebration and one of the most powerful cultural events in the region. What began in 2004 as a grassroots community gathering has evolved into a bold, joyful, and unrelenting movement, drawing more than 35,000 people to downtown Fayetteville each June to celebrate love, visibility, identity, and progress. This year’s festival, taking place from June 27th to the 29th, marks a significant milestone: a decade of marriage equality in the United States. We honor ten years of love, recognition, and legal dignity for LGBTQ couples, and we reaffirm our commitment to continue the fight for equality and justice. The celebration includes two days of vibrant festival programming and live performances in the new Upper Ramble, the unforgettable NWA Pride Parade, the Midwest’s only Trans March, and signature events like Glitterville and Hi Tea. Together, these moments create a weekend of defiant joy, connection, and unapologetic pride. In a time of growing attacks on LGBTQ rights, NWA Pride is more than a celebration—it’s a statement. We are here, we are proud, and we will not back down. About the application

This form is for all parade groups to apply for participation in the 2025 NWA Pride Parade.

All applications require payment at the time of submission. However, if your application is rejected, we will refund your entry within seven business days.

Each parade entry requires a separate registration. Please do not combine groups or unregistered candidate election campaigns unless you have explicit instructions from NWA Equality's staff. Combining groups causes check-in issues and complicates the parade lineup.

Confirmed event sponsors should contact Richard Gathright at info@nwapride.org for information regarding parade and vendor spaces related to their sponsorship agreement.

Prices

Nonprofit Organizations	$10.00	Nonprofit organizations include groups under IRS 501, such as municipal, county, state, and federal units. Advertisements for for-profit enterprises are prohibited.
Community Group	$10.00	Community groups are informal associations that enhance our community but are not incorporated.
Educational Groups	$10.00	Educational groups are departments, activities, or employee resource groups linked to academic institutions.
Political Groups	$100.00	Political Groups include candidates running for office, ballot committees, parties, political action committees, or lobby groups. Each campaign must register separately. Please do not combine unregistered candidate campaigns with other organizations. Current officeholders can RSVP at info@nwapide.org to join the "Local Elected Officials" group, but campaigning is prohibited within this group.
For-Profit Business	$150.00	For-profit businesses are public and private companies that sell goods and services for investor profit, including retailers, bars, and restaurants.
Official Parade Groups	$10.00	Official Parade Groups are limited to those organized by NWA Equality and require prior authorization. This is likely not your group.
