Non-Profit Organization and Activity Booths

Be part of our Juneteenth - Brunch on the Block Celebration by hosting a booth that brings joy and engagement to the community! We ask that all non-profit organizations and City Boards provide some type of interactive activity or craft for kids to enjoy during the event. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate, connect, and make lasting memories with families in our community - apply today.

By completing and submitting this application to host a booth, you are electronically agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the application.

• I will arrive at no later than 8:30am.
• I will look at the site map and make sure I know my assigned spot before arriving to the event.  
• I will be ready to interact with participants by 9:00am.
• You are responsible for bringing anything you may need including chairs, tables, decorations and a tablecloth.
• Any accommodations should be disclosed in your application in the space for special requests and will be considered accordingly.
