By participating in “Calera’s Got Talent,” you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Performers must be at least 10 years old to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign this agreement on their behalf.
2. Content Guidelines
All performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for audiences of all ages. Profanity, explicit content, or any material that may be deemed offensive is strictly prohibited. Any performance deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
3. Performance Length
Each performance should not exceed 5 minutes in length. Performers must adhere to this time limit to ensure the event runs smoothly.
4. Registration
Performers must complete and submit the registration form by the designated deadline. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Original Content
Performances should be original or appropriately credited to the creator(s). Plagiarism or the use of copyrighted material without proper authorization will result in disqualification.
6. Conduct
Performers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Any disruptive behavior will result in disqualification.
7. Liability
Calera Main Street and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event. Performers participate at their own risk.
8. Rights and Permissions
By participating, performers grant Calera Main Street permission to record, photograph, and use their performances in promotional materials and future broadcasts.
9. Changes to the Event
Calera Main Street reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time, with notice to the participants.
10. Agreement
By signing up to participate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions above.
