• It is expressly agreed and understood that the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce & the City of Troy shall not be held responsible for any losses, injuries or accidents occurring before, during, and after the Children’s Big Wheel Race, to any participant, and that the Troy Strawberry Festival, the Troy Chamber of Commerce, the City of Troy, and volunteers associated with the Children’s Big Wheel Race are hereby released from any and all liabilities of any kind and nature.
