Calera Main Street Car Show - Terms and Conditions
1. Event Overview
The Calera Main Street Car Show is organized to celebrate classic and modern automobiles. By registering for the event, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Open to all vehicles, including classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
All participants must complete and submit a registration form online or at event.
3. Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee is required for each vehicle entered. Fees will be noted on the registration form.
All fees must be paid at the time of registration.
4. Event Date and Location
The event will take place on March 15th.
All vehicles must arrive and be parked by 10:30 am.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner.
Any form of foul language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
6. Liability Waiver
Participants agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for damages or injuries occurring during the event.
Participants are responsible for their vehicles and property.
7. Photography and Media Release
By participating in the event, participants give permission for their vehicles’ images to be used in promotional materials, including social media and websites.
8. Awards and Judging
Awards will be determined by a panel of judges
All decisions made by judges are final.
9. Cancellation Policy
The event may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified via email or phone.
10. Agreement
By signing the registration form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
