Terms & Conditions

1. Participant is not allowed to touch on political, pornographic, and anything ethnicity, religion, and race related topics.

2. Participant is not allowed to touch on topics that are private such as family, finances and about management.

3. Participant is not allowed to say disrespectful things to the talent and any other third parties.

4. Participant is not allowed to say unpleasant things that is intimidating, insulting, threatening or anything that is meant to hurt any parties.

5. Participant is not allowed to ask talent to say inappropriate and disrespectful things.

6. Participant is not allowed to take pictures, record video or sound during the Meet & Greet.

7. Participant is not allowed to do inappropriate gestures during the Meet & Greet.

8. Meet & Greet must be done by individuals and according to the identity on the registration form, no friends or plus one is allowed.

9. If there are participants who violate this Meet & Greet rules, the staff will stop the Meet & Greet and the participants will be removed from the main room immediately without refund.
10. Participants may only buy 1 session.
11. Each session is 2 minutes in length.
12. Participants must have a Saturday or Weekend Kami-Con Season 16 badge in order to enter the Meet & Greet location.

Price of the Meet and Greet will be charged to card added upon approval. If you are not approved for the Meet &Greet, your card will not be charged. You will have 1 week to correct any issues with payment. If problems are not resolved and payment made after 1 week, your application will be denied.
