While we love serving our fantastic local employees and residents. We're on a mission to expand our reach and embrace the beautiful surrounding communities. Join our lively market that accepts EBT, WIC, SNP, and proudly participates in the Market Match program. Calling all farmers, informational booths, crafty creators, and food trucks but we're also open to applications from our awesome community partners, organizations and Downtown businesses. Food Vendor Application

Join the Market on Kern Farmers Market as a food vendor and bring delicious flavors to our weekly event! We welcome food trucks, pop-up kitchens, and packaged food vendors offering fresh, high-quality, and diverse food options.

Requirements:

Must have a valid business license and health permits.
Food trucks must comply with city and fire department regulations.
Vendors are responsible for their setup, cleanup, and adherence to market guidelines.
Space is limited—priority will be given to vendors offering fresh, locally sourced, or unique food options.

Terms & Conditions

Food Vendor Terms & Conditions

Permits & Compliance

All food vendors must possess valid business licenses, health permits, and any other necessary certifications.
Food trucks must comply with city, health department, and fire safety regulations.

Setup & Clean-Up

Vendors must arrive on time and be fully set up before the market opens.
All vendors must maintain a clean and sanitary workspace and properly dispose of waste.

Product Guidelines

Only pre-approved food and beverage items may be sold.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, and necessary equipment.

Sales & Fees

Vendor fees must be paid in full before the event.
No refunds will be given for cancellations unless initiated by market management.

Liability

The market is not responsible for vendor losses, damages, or any incidents related to the sale of food.

The market reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Prices

Application fees	$10.00	One-time, non-refundable application fee, if you are approved as a vendor, it will be put towards your Membership fee.
Membership Fee	$40.00	One time membership fee for the season. All Market Vendor participants must pay. (Amount reduced by $10 and applied to the application fee).
Weekly Booth Space Fee	$50.00	This is the fee paid/collected on a weekly basis for space at the Market on Kern.
