All spaces will be determined and assigned by the fair once the selection process has been completed.
Welcome to the Glenn County Fairgrounds RV Park. We ask that while staying at the Glenn County Fair RV park you
observe the following rules and regulations of the RV park.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• Fair staff will inform you when you can move in your trailer.
• Length/Width of RV: Spaces are assigned based upon length/width. No recreational vehicle may go over the allotted length/width allowed in a space due to fire lane restrictions. The total length and width (maximum space to be used) must be accurate on the front of the contract or you may be asked to remove your recreation vehicle from the RV Park. If your trailer length is different when you arrive to park than stated on the application the Fair reserves the right to move, you to a different location/park.
ABSOLUTELY NO TRASH IS TO BE LEFT IN OR AROUND YOUR ASSIGNED SPACE.
• Alcohol: The following are the procedures that the Glenn County Fair will follow to minimize any alcohol-related problems:
1. We will not allow alcohol to be brought onto the fair grounds. No ice chest, six packs, bottles or
cans of any kind will be allowed on the grounds. RV participants will no be allowed to enter the
fairgrounds with cans or bottles. Those who enter will be asked to leave if they possess cans or
bottles.
2. No drinking in parking lots.
3. No Adult exhibitor will be allowed to consume alcohol while on duty or in their exhibit area.
4. ZERO tolerance of minors in possession of alcohol, or under the influence of alcohol. Minors exhibiting at the fair will have their exhibit removed from any competition and sale and will be
stripped of all awards.
5. No alcohol is permitted at any time in the barns area or tack areas and no cans or bottles of alcohol are allowed in the barns area or in the fairgrounds at any time.
• Quite Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, per the city noise ordinance.
• Permits must be placed in the window of your Trailer and Vehicle and must be always visible.
• One parent or chaperone (25 years of age or older) is required per trailer (siblings are not considered chaperones no matter the age)
• RV’s must be within the designated space line and not encroaching on their neighbor’s space. A trailer with pop-outs may not fit and may be asked to pull in the pop-out if it is over the lines, inhibiting the neighbor from entering their trailer or causing an unsafe situation. Trailers should not be touching each other.
