Mini Workshop Application

Mini-workshop are a way to showcase your business or services to a captive audience. You will be given 15-25 minutes for the mini-workshop time during a specific time frame. We will be running these workshops throughout the whole event in conference rooms and allowing attendees to sign-up to attend the workshop. 

This is an opportunity to educate the community specifically related to the services that you provide, bring additional material, giveaways, swag, etc. for participants. This is not enough time to teach a full class, but will give more visibility as you will also be showcased on the website as a mini-workshop provider. This can be a lead in to offering a full class/service.

Specific details:

• Mini-workshop sessions will be 15-20 minutes in length (sponsor packages get longer sessions based on sponsor level)
• Sessions will run from 11:15am-2:45pm with multiple sessions running at the same time in different rooms
• You have a chance to pick a time frame of when you want to teach
• Must have a vendor table, so that people have a place to come with any further questions before/after session
• We cannot guarantee the amount of participants per session, therefore if you want a large group market your session too

Applying does not necessarily mean you will be approved since we only have a limited time for these sessions. Please be specific with your idea as our team will vote on these applications. 

$50 donation for mini-workshops. Your name/business will be listed on the website to have participants sign up for your workshop. Space will be limited for these. The sooner you sign up the more promotion you will receive. 

We ask that you also promote these sessions to fill up the room. No guaranteed amount of participants. Max will probably be around 30 per session depending on the room.
