• Changes to Agreement: MSMC reserves the right to make changes to terms & conditions if necessary.
• Contract Applications: We reserve the right to evaluate applications of press and content creators based on: whether their content align with the content of MidSouth Mega Con, available opportunities to create content before, during, and after the show, follower/subscriber count, and engagement on social media platforms.
• Liabilities: Applicant will hold MSMC and the convention location harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
