Are you a talented local artisan with a passion for your craft? We invite you to apply to our enchanting 2025 BMK Winter Craft Market! This is a two-day outdoor market. We encouraged all kinds of Artists & Makers to apply and participate to showcase their unique products and services, helping us create a vibrant and diverse market atmosphere. ALL items need to be made/created by you the vendor. From the delicate strokes of pottery to the vibrant hues of acrylic and oil paintings to one-of-a-kind masterpieces, we’re seeking a diverse range of artisan makers to delight our visitors to delicious treats, home decorations, or anything in between, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community, meet new customers, and spread joy. This event is FREE for the public to attend.
PLEASE NOTE:
~ Applications are approved based on the quality of products and the uniqueness of the work. If you are accepted, your application status will be updated on your account.
~ We accept a limited number of makers per category to ensure the market maintains a standard of high-quality and variety of products and to ensure exclusivity for vendors for an optimal artisan and visitor atmosphere.
~ Applications will close once we have accepted the maximum number of vendors we can host.
~ This event will be held at Town Center at Cobb (Belk Court).
~ Vendors MUST participate on both days. Vendors must be setup and ready by opening each day.
~ We are NOT accepting food trucks.
~ Fees are charged upon approval and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
APPLICATION DEADLINE & REVIEW: Application deadline is Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST. We will conduct the first review of the applications on October 17, 2025. Most, if not all categories will fill at that time. You will be notified of your status at that time. If space remains, applications received after the first review date will be reviewed on November 7.

Location: Town Center at Cobb
400 Ernest Barrett Pkwy.,
Kennesaw, Georgia 30144. The event will be held in the Mall Parking Lot in front of Belk, with an expected attendance of 3k-5k+.
CHECK-IN & SET-UP:
Set-up can begin no earlier than Saturday morning at 6am. Set-up is from 6am to 9:30am, unless otherwise approved. Each vendor must be completely set up no later than 9:45AM on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Overnight security will be provided for Saturday night. However, Boss Mama Kreations assumes no responsibility for any theft or damage to vendor related products during the market.
NOTE: THERE WILL NOT BE ANY WIFI OR ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
BOOTH INFORMATION: All booths are outdoors and approximately 10'D x 10'W and vendor must keep all setup within the boundaries of their designated area. Vendor spaces will be determined and assigned by Boss Mama Kreations staff. You must furnish your own tables, chairs, tablecloths and all display and set-up materials. White canopy tents are mandatory for all booths to maintain a uniform look throughout the event and 10X10 straight leg tent is required. 40lbs of weight per leg, totally 160lbs per booth. Four-sided floor-length fabric tablecloths are required. Boss Mama Kreations is not responsible for supplying you with any of these items. Please leave the space as nice and clean as when we arrived.
APPLICATION FEES: There is a non-refundable $25 application fee. Arts & Crafts Booth fees are $200 for 10x10 space. Fees are non-refundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file immediately after acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3%. Vendor fees are non-refundable or transferable unless Boss Mama Kreations cancels or reschedules the event. All events are rain or shine.
