  • Accountability and Workflow Agreement/Disclosure | As a staff member, you will be expected to be on-site at the venue from Thursday, May 29th to Sunday, June 1st for the full duration of each day in a professional capacity for Dream Con. Other personal and third-party professional commitments on-site at the venue will be secondary to official staff meetings and tasks. Recreational engagement with event programming will be highly limited for staff members. NOTE: Persons looking for a hybrid experience of working the event and enjoying programming such as main events, special events, meet and greets etc. should consider and prioritize applying to the crew/volunteer program.
  • First-Year Personnel Organizational Classification Status Agreement/Disclosure | All vacanices are temporary positions and exclusively for the Dream Con 2025 event. Opportunites for conversion to permanent staff status will be contingent upon opertional need, department debriefs, and individual performance reviews by the executive leadership .
