Welcome to FlowJam Festival! We are a 4-day Healing Arts Festival established in 2014. Eleven years later & growing, we're now in Rixeyville, Virginia on a 55 acre property with a variety of trees a lake and a pond, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. June 5-8th we're bringing together over 30 musical acts & workshop facilitators, visual & performing artists and quality vendors serving up delicious food, drinks & even healing services & artisan crafts! About the application

Welcome to FlowJam Festival's Music and/ or Band Application, we're glad you're here! Please fill this out if you would like to be considered for our 2025 Music Lineup. We focus on Jam, Funk, Blue Grass, Psychedelic Rock, and Reggae. We also have a few DJ spots for House & late night performances. Please refer to our other applications if you are a Visual Artist, Workshop Facilitator or want to sell items or services at FlowJam 2025, please refer to your specific application before filling this out. If you are a Sound Healer or a DJ looking to partner with Ecstatic dance or Yoga, please fill out the Workshop Facilitator application. Your application will only be considered if you fill this out entirely & are applying for a performance set as a live musician or band.

Terms & Conditions

This is a rain or shine event. We require every person who represents our lineup to support marketing efforts and abide by our rules at the event to include unloading, parking, loud music, camping etc. Following your approval, we will send terms and agreements and get contracts agreed upon and signed prior to the event. Please ensure all details in this form are correct, and your contact information is correct so that we can reach you if your application is approved.

For this reason, we are putting preference to performers affected by Helene and for those who are willing to support those affected by reducing their rate so that we can give more to our neighbors who lost everything, including their homes and instruments. We aim to create win-win scenarios and want to help our talent grow through our platforms we’ve been building for 10+ years.
