Workshop Facilitator Application

Welcome to FlowJam Festival's Workshop Facilitator Application, we're glad you're here! Please fill this out if you would like to be considered for our 2025 Facilitator Lineup. During the day we “Flow” through programming that leaves our attendees with valuable information that will improve their life AND leave them feeling blissed out. Our programming has included such healing modalities like, Dance, Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, Nutrition Workshops, Plant Therapies, Nature Walks + Hikes, Kids activities, Youth Programming, Community Resilience, Entrepreneurship, Environmental activism, Entrepreneurship, Money Mastery & so much more! Please refer to our other applications if you are a Visual Artist, Musician or Band or want to sell items or services at FlowJam 2025 as a Vendor, please refer to your specific application before filling this out. If you are a Sound Healer or a DJ looking to partner with Ecstatic dance or Yoga, please fill out the Workshop Facilitator application. Your application will only be considered if you fill this out entirely & are applying to be a part of our workshop programming.

This is a rain or shine event. We require every person who represents our lineup to support marketing efforts and abide by our rules at the event to include unloading, parking, loud music, camping etc. Following your approval, we will send terms and agreements and get contracts agreed upon and signed prior to the event. Please ensure all details in this form are correct, and your contact information is correct so that we can reach you if your application is approved.
