2025 Utah State Fair Entertainment Application

Each year we're proud to feature some of the best entertainment in the state! We're now accepting performance applications for the 2025 Utah State Fair (September 4-14) for the South Plaza Stage, Oasis Stage, roaming acts, and more!

• Submission of this application does not guarantee a performance at the Utah State Fair, nor does it constitute any agreement with the Utah State Fair to provide a stage, space, services or compensation. 
• Performing at a previous Fair DOES NOT guarantee a booking in this, or any future fair, regardless of the number of years performed. Each year we start the screening process over.  If you have applied or performed for the Fair before, you are still required to fill out an application and send in a demo.
• All acts must be “G” rated.  No profanity will be tolerated and only family-friendly entertainment in good taste will be considered.
• If your group is selected to perform, you will be contacted via email to confirm date(s) and time(s), then emailed a contract with important information about your performance.
• A completed W-9 will be required for all paid performers.
• A signed contract is required even if you are not being paid for your performance.
• Each performer must fully read and review their contract carefully. Then sign and date where indicated and return to the Fairpark before the deadline.
• If your application or contact information changes, it is the responsibility of the entertainer to contact the Utah State Fair with updated information.
• To ensure emails are received, ensure emails from @utahstatefair.com are on your email client's safe senders list. Otherwise our emails may land in your junk mail.
• If selected, you must abide by all Fairpark rules, as well as local, state and federal laws.
