• The Cherry Blossom Festival is a family-friendly event, and we ask you keep that in mind during your time onsite. We will ask you leave the premises if your setup is not suitable for the variety of ages and backgrounds we serve at the Festival at CCP. Additionally, clothing must not have sensitive language, disturbing images, and/or suggestive images or words on them. Also, no political attire is allowed. We have the right to ask you to turn your clothing inside out, change attire, or to ask you to leave without performing. Please initial stating you have read and agree to the above policies.
• Please initial below acknowledging you understand that Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, wares or equipment. Performers accept responsibility, liability and costs for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, wares and equipment. Performers are advised to secure their items, merchandise, wares and equipment.
• Force Majeure:I understand and agree that neither Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., nor I (the “parties”) will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond the Party’s reasonable control: natural disasters or acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, changes in market prices or conditions, or a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder.
• Parking is very limited behind the stage. We will only provide three parking passes per act. The parking passes allow you to park behind the stage 30 minutes before your time slot, during the performance, and 30 minutes after your timeslot. If vehicles are left past their designated time, we will call you to move it If we are unable to contact you (we will call the main contact listed in this application), we will tow your vehicle to make room for performers who are entertaining later in the day. The Festival is not responsible for the cost of towing your vehicle. Parking passes are only valid the day you perform, specifically the 30 minutes before and after the performance. Initial stating you understand the parking policy.
• The undersigned, recognizes that this application is submitted for the express purpose of assisting Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival in making a determination regarding an award of space at the Festival; acknowledges that all information is true, and any false information will terminate space at the Festival. The undersigned certifies that he/she: 1.Is knowledgeable about the submitting Business Entity’s business and operations. 2.Has read and understands all the questions contained in this application. 3. Has not altered the content of the question in any manner. 4. Has reviewed and/or supplied full and complete responses to each question. 5. To the best of their knowledge, information, and belief, confirm that the business entity’s responses are true, accurate and complete, including all attachments, if applicable. 6. Understands the Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival will rely on this application if and when the Festival offers a space.
