THE FOOD VENDOR/CONCESSIONAIRE need to go to Food Truck Frenzy application. **If you are national, corporate company, please fill out our Mobile Marketing Vendor at CCP Application. Food Truck Frenzy will feature trucks and vendors from across the state, as well as musical entertainment and the opportunity for your business to be exposed to thousands of foodies. Cherry Market will allow vendors of all types to participate in the popular Food Truck Frenzy event!

Application Overview
Applications are reviewed by a committee on a first-come first-served basis. If you are accepted, we will reach out. Applications will close once we have accepted the maximum number of vendors we can host.

Check-In & Set-Up
- Vendor spaces will be determined and assigned by Cherry Blossom Festival staff.
- Set up can begin no earlier than Friday, March 28, 2025 at 6:00PM, unless otherwise approved.
- Each vendor must be completely set up no later than 9:00AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025.

Security
The Cherry Blossom Festival assumes no responsibility for any theft or damage to vendor related products during the festival.

General Overview
-Vendors must be setup and ready by opening each day and must end promptly at closing hours.
-The booth must be staffed at all times. Booth cannot be removed before the end of the event. Vendors who do not apply with these regulations will not be invited back to participate.
-The Festival is responsible for the floor plan/vendor location.
-Vendors may not sublease their space. This includes renting, sharing, donating, or allowing another person or business to advertise in the space.

Payment
-Once accepted, the Cherry Blossom Festival will process the payment of $250; this is due by March 3. This amount is non-refundable and will secure your spot at the 2025 Festival.

Certificate of Insurance
-Vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance evidencing commercial general liability with an acceptable insurer and limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate with Macon Georgia International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. as Additional Insured and the Certificate Holder.
-The insurance certificate shall state the policy certified will neither be cancelled nor reduced in limits without a 30-day notice delivered by to the International Cherry Blossom Festival.
-The COI must be sent to Cherry Blossom Festival no later than March 3, 2025. You will not be allowed to participate in the Festival if we do not have your COI by the deadline.

Power
Please note, the Festival does not guarantee power, and there is no access to water.

Presentation
• All vendors must present and maintain a clean and decorated unit.

Alcohol and Drug Policy
• Consumption of alcohol/drugs by any vendor, or its employees and/or volunteers is strictly prohibited during the Festival. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Festival.

Load Out
- Load out cannot begin prior to 7:00PM on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
- All vendors must be packed up and have the area completely vacated by 9:00PM on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

Additional Information
• The Festival does not provide vendors with tents, tables, chairs, etc.
• All spaces are located outside.
• The Cherry Blossom Festival assigns booth location. If the vendor moves locations without written permission from the Festival, the vendor will be asked to vacate.
• Vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining a neat and attractive space.

The Cherry Blossom Festival is a family-friendly event, and we ask you keep that in mind during your time onsite. We will ask you leave the premises if your setup is not suitable for the variety of ages and backgrounds we serve at the Festival. Additionally, clothing must not have sensitive language, disturbing images, and/or suggestive images or words on them. Please initial stating you have read and agree to the above policies.
FORCE MAJEURE. I understand and agree that neither Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., nor I (the “parties”) will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond the Party’s reasonable control: natural disasters or acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereun
Please sign your name acknowledging you understand that Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, wares or equipment. Vendors accept responsibility, liability and costs for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, wares and equipment. Vendors are advised to secure their setups, merchandise, wares and equipment overnight and in case of inclement weather.
The undersigned, recognizes that this application is submitted for the express purpose of assisting Macon, Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival in making a determination regarding an award of space at the Festival; acknowledges that all information is true, and any false information will terminate space at the Festival.
