We invite musicians and bands to apply to perform at the River City Festival this year at Caras Park! This festival showcases a variety of musical styles and offers a fantastic opportunity to reach new audiences.

1. Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and represent their own musical act. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Performance Commitment: Selected musicians agree to perform at the festival on the scheduled date and time. Changes to performance times must be communicated and approved by the festival organizers.

3. Promotion: By applying, musicians grant the festival permission to use their name, image, and performance materials for promotional purposes related to the festival.

4. Technical Requirements: Musicians must provide a list of technical requirements for their performance as part of the application. The festival organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests.

5. Compensation: Compensation details, including payment structure and any additional benefits, will be outlined in the agreement following selection. Musicians are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses unless otherwise specified.

6. Liability: Musicians participate at their own risk and agree to release the festival organizers from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during their performance or festival attendance.

7. Code of Conduct: Musicians are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in disqualification from performing.
