Get ready for a night filled with the excitement of pop culture, cosplay, anime, and K-pop as Calera Main Street hosts the inaugural Calera Nerd Fest on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Unlike a traditional convention, this festival-style event will immerse fans in a lively celebration of fandom, bringing together anime enthusiasts, K-pop lovers, and creatives for an unforgettable evening of music, art, and fun. With a dance party headlined by DJ Nadya, dance and costume competitions with prizes, and a wide array of independent artists and vendors, Calera Nerd Fest will be a must-attend event for fans and creators alike. Food Vendors are accepted on a limited basis. Applications are selected based on previous attendance, adherence to guidelines, and the type of product sold. Duplicate items sold by multiple vendors are limited. 

Food vendors are expected to comply with all Health Department regulations.

ALL FOOD VENDORS are required to obtain a City of Calera Business License and provide proof of commercial general liability insurance. The applicant is responsible for paying all applicable sales tax. Please give the four-digit Calera Taxpayer Identification Number when applying.

The Festival Committee, Calera Main Street, and/or City of Calera shall not be held accountable for the products offered by Exhibitors. Product and liability insurance is the responsibility of the producer.
