By submitting a nomination for the 2024 evAwards Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
The nominated event must have taken place in 2024 in the United States or Canada.
Nominations may be submitted by event organizers, vendors, attendees, or any individual with knowledge of the event.
Submission Deadline:
All nominations must be submitted through the Eventeny platform by 11:59 PM EST on January 1st, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
Nominations:
You may nominate your own event or another event.
Each event can only be nominated once per individual. Duplicate nominations will be merged.
You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting the nomination.
Judging Criteria:
Nominations will be judged based on the following:
- Creativity and innovation of the event
- Community engagement and involvement
- Overall organization and attendee experience
- Number of nominations the event receives (more nominations may result in additional consideration)
- Judging decisions are final and are at the sole discretion of the panel of experts.
Awards and Recognition:
- Winners will receive recognition through:
- A press release announcing the winning event
- A platform badge for the event profile on Eventeny
- Social media promotion via Eventeny’s channels
Intellectual Property:
By submitting a nomination, you affirm that you have the right to share any images, descriptions, or other media related to the event. Eventeny reserves the right to use submitted content for promotional purposes related to the contest.
Contest Integrity:
Eventeny reserves the right to disqualify any nominations that are found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions.
Notification of Winners:
Winners will be announced on January 10th, 2025, via the Eventeny platform and social media. Event organizers of the winning events will be contacted directly via email.
Disqualification:
Events that violate Eventeny’s terms of service or community guidelines may be disqualified at any stage of the contest.
