• You will be allowed one dresser in the dressing room. If two or more dressers are found in the dressing room you will be deducted 10 points from the segment.

• Please include a recent photo of yourself. By participating, you agree that your photo, along with any taken during the pageant, will become the property of Compass. These photos may be used for our records, featured on Compass’ website, or utilized in our social media marketing.
• I intend to compete for the Compass’ Mr./Miss Palm Beach Pride Pageant title. If I am selected as a titleholder, I fully understand that I am expected to commit to representing our community at various planned fundraisers and events throughout my reign. These include Palm Beach Pride, The Stonewall Ball, selected Business Alliance Socials, and the Youth Equality Prom. I acknowledge that failure to fulfill these obligations may result in the termination of my title and the end of my reign.
• I understand and agree that, in line with Compass’ commitment to maintaining a safe and drug-free environment, Compass enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on substance and alcohol abuse. Any individual found in possession will be disqualified, and any title(s) awarded may be revoked, as determined by Compass' Executive Staff and/or Board of Directors.
• I agree to hold harmless the staff, owners, committee members, directors, judges, and all others involved with the Mr. and Miss Palm Beach Pride Pageant from all liability for damages or injuries to myself or my personal belongings during the event.
• I acknowledge that Compass' Executive Staff and Board of Directors have the authority to revoke my title at any time and for any reason. If this occurs, I understand that I will be required to return any property awarded to me on the day of the pageant, including the sash, crown, and/or certificate.
• I understand that by signing and submitting this application the contestant’s entourage will take responsibility for any damage should it occur to the event venue before, during, or after the competition.
• I have received and read all the Palm Beach Pride Pageant Commitment and Obligations.
