Y Craft Fair Entertainer

Calling all performers!

This year we are celebrating the 51st anniversary of the YMCA Craft Fair and due to COVID-19 the event will be held as a Virtual event. We are very excited about the new platform we are using which will allow us to schedule live and pre-recorded entertainment slots throughout the event, November 12-16. We hope you are willing to pre-record a video approx 5-10 minutes long which we can add to our event schedule. We believe this will provide great exposure for your group with the potential to be seen not only locally but internationally due to the online platform! Imagine your performance going worldwide! With your help promoting your appearance and the Craft Fair in general we believe this is a possibility! ;-) 

All money raised through the event does go to support the mission and work of the YMCA in Blacksburg. So your performance would be considered a donation to the YMCA, and some great publicity for the artists involved.

We are interested in including musicians, magicians, storytellers, actors, educational presentations, dancers and more! This is a great opportunity to showcase your talents to a potentially world  wide audience!  Any help you can give us in creating a great schedule of entertainment for this online event would be wonderful.

All preformances/presentations must be PG rated

Performer is responsible for all permits, approvals, licenses and variances necessary for the performance.

No part of the performance may consist of acts in violation of any local laws, codes, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules or any other requirements including building and fire regulations.

The performers representative warrants that by signing this agreement it has the authority to bind the performer to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
