10x10 Booth | SOLD OUT | PLEASE READ EVERYTHING 1. This is our inaugural market days benefiting Grace Preparatory Academy of New Braunfels. This event will be held on November 30, 2024 from 10am-2pm. We will be located at The Venue in Creekside 2032 Central Plaza, New Braunfels, TX 78130 2. Participation at GPA Market Days is determined by business type, setup display, and at the discretion of the Market Coordinator (Megan) and can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason. 3. Booth locations will be at the discretion of the market coordinator and are not guaranteed. All locations are indoors. 4. Payment: • Advance payment is required to secure a vendor reservation. The credit card you’ve entered in the application process will be charged once you are approved for your requested market date. • If you need another option for payment, contact Megan - Market Coordinator with your request. • The fee is refundable if notice is provided 10 days after confirmation of payment has been received. 5. In the case of an emergency absence such as a natural disaster, sickness, car accident, death in the family, etc., a courtesy call is expected as early as possible, so the space can be filled with a wait listed Vendor. 6. No-call/no-shows will not be tolerated. If the Market Coordinator is not notified by email, text or phone before the Market, the Vendor will no longer be considered “in good-standing.” After a no-call/ no-show the Vendor will be suspended and must re-apply. Notification must be given by emailing: • fundraising@gpa-nb.org • text or call to 210-269-3599 7. Vendors must engage in fair and patient travel in and out of Market property. • Arrive early and follow the traffic pattern indicated on the attached map. Drive vehicles straight in the direction of your designated space and promptly unload and move your vehicle so others can pull in to unload. • Be ready to sell by 9:00 am. Vendors may enter the property as early as 7:30 am to start setting up. 8. Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner. • Shoppers, Coordinators, and other Market Vendors shall always be treated with respect. Disparaging remarks about other Market Vendors or their products will be addressed. The success of The Market is the result of team effort. Every Vendor bears responsibility for The Market’s reputation. Remember that shoppers see all Market Vendors as representatives of The GPA Market Day. Camaraderie between Vendors is highly encouraged. 9. Any and all grievances or concerns about operations must be filtered through the Market Coordinator - Megan. If you have a grievance or complaint about another vendor, please email to fundraising@gpa-nb.org. 10. All 10X10 Vendors in the large room are required to have and supply their own canopy if you require one. Tables and chairs can be provided or you can bring your own (Must reserve at booking). Canopy weights are not necessary as this is an indoor event. All 7X7 vendors will not have space for a canopy but all other availability stays the same. Tablecloths can be rented for $15/linen 11. Vendors producing trash must provide their own trash and/or recycle bins and must carry away all trash from their designated space. There should be no waste or items in booth space after departing the Market. There will be a fine of $25 for any trash or personal items left behind. There will be several large trash bins around the room for your use and the guests use as well. 12. ALL Vendors will have access to Wi-Fi to work. This is private Wi-Fi and should not be given out in an effort to not overload the system. 13. ALL vendors will have electrical access. However, you will need to provide any extension cords that will be needed. 14. Products shall always be displayed in an appealing and organized fashion. Vendors are required to provide receptacles for waste incurred during business. Trash at the end of the day can be placed in our dumpster. We also have large trash bins throughout the room. • Political: Vendors are prohibited from engaging in political practices which promote one political party or candidate or promote a political agenda. • No pornographic or other material (which is subjective and at the sole opinion of the market management) 15. Special permission to sell any other items than listed on your application must be requested via email and must be approved BEFORE the products are displayed at The Market. 16. Vendor booths must always have an attendant. 17. Vendors may begin closing their booth when the market ends at 2 pm. • Please do not start breaking down before 2. • Booths should be packed and ready to load BEFORE bringing vehicles onto market property. Vehicles are not allowed to drive into the market area until after 2:10 pm. Violation of these rules will result in a $20 fine applied to your next invoice. 18. Prohibited on property: • No Smoking • No Pets • No outside alcohol • No music – music will be featured through event system • No firearms • No politics • No pornographic or other material as such 19. There will be a professional photographer on site for the Santa pictures. 20. Indoor restrooms are available to all on site Thank you all for being a vendor here!
