About the Event:

Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth to pursue their aspirations, proudly presents the Youth Talent Showcase. This showcase provides a platform for young performers to showcase their incredible talents and inspire the community.

Who Can Participate:

The Youth Talent Showcase is open to youth ages 5-18 who reside in the Atlanta area. Participants can perform in various categories, including:

* Music (vocal, instrumental)
* Dance (all styles)
* Spoken word (poetry, storytelling)
* Visual arts (painting, drawing, photography)
* Other creative talents (e.g., juggling, magic)

Benefits of Participation:

* Showcase your talent and build your confidence
* Winner receives $1000 cash prize and recognition
* Connect with like-minded youth and mentors

Schedule of Events:

* Each contestant will perform in 30 minute increments.

* Must be on time for scheduled performance.

Admission:

Admission to the Youth Talent Showcase is free and open to the public.

Youth Talent Showcase Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
* No previous professional experience required.

Application:

* Interested contestants must submit a completed application form by January 1st, 2025.
* Only 10 contestants will be selected for the showcase on first come first serve basis.

Time Slots:

* The showcase will be held from 12:00PM - 5:00PM.
* Time slots will be determined on a first-come, first-pick basis.
* Contestants may choose their time slots at time of entering competition.

Performance:

* Contestants will have a maximum of 30 minutes to showcase their talent.
* All performances must be original and appropriate for a youth audience.
* Contestants may bring their own equipment.

Judging:

* Will be voted on by crowd loudness decibel meter. So, bring all your family and friends to cheer you on!

Prizes:

* WINNER RECEIVES $1000 CASH PRIZE

Other Conditions:

* Contestants must arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time slot.
* The organizers reserve the right to cancel the showcase due to unforeseen circumstances.
* By participating in the showcase, contestants agree to release the organizers from any liability related to their performance.

Acceptance:

* By submitting an application, contestants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
* Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions may result in disqualification.
