Wings 'N Wishes Booth Form

City Hall is being turned into Santa's Village! Join us for the Tree Lighting and arrival of Santa Claus, then stay and enjoy our other activities. North Pole Post - Write a letter to Santa and put it in our special North Pole mailbox. Elf Patrol - Visit the Police Department and Regional Correction Center's booth to have your mug shot taken. North Pole Fire Department - The Wenatchee Valley Fire Department will have fun activities. Polar Bear Den - The East Wenatchee Library will be reading stories in the Polar Bear Den! Santa will be set up in the fire truck, which makes for some fun Santa photos! Mrs. Clause's Salon - Let's Color Art will be doing free face painting!

Exhibitor Requirements

• Provide your own tables, chairs & canopy.
• Your booth must have a North Pole/Santa's Village theme and decor that is approved by the Events Department. We want to make this as magical as possible for the children. Some examples of themes we already have: North Pole Post (letters to Santa), Mrs. Claus' Kitchen (treats), Elf Patrol (Police), Polar Bear Den (Library reading books), Santa's Fire Brigade (Fire Dept), etc.
• Giveaways or an activity are required.
• Setup between 12-5:30pm. The public starts to show up around 5:30pm. Christmas Lights don't come on until 6:15pm and that's officially when all of the booths open.
• Please, do not take down before 8pm.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: All participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of East Wenatchee and their officers, members, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, and all of the vendor’s representatives, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all liability, and for claims, including those arising from negligence, and or claims, for illness, injuries and damages that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in Wings 'n Wishes.
