Free Play Florida 2024 is a three day celebration of the history, artistry, competition, and creation of electronic gaming of all kinds driven by the enthusiastic gamers of the southeast. Over 250 arcades, pinball games, consoles and countless things to learn, play and see! This November 22nd thru the 24th, Free Play Florida is being held at the spacious RP Funding Center in Lakeland. All of your classic and current pinball and arcade games will be on display all set to free play! Join the pinball tournament and compete with the best in the state of Florida, sit in on our speaker panels that include industry icons, and visit our valued vendors selling games, memorabilia, and some of the coolest themed art on the planet! “Free Play” is defined as “a setting on a gaming machine that allows it to be played without quarters or tokens.” When you join us at Free Play Florida, your admission includes unlimited “Free Play” gaming on hundreds of machines, including your favorite classic arcade cabinets, some of the most popular pinball machines of the last several decades, many of the hottest new arcade titles, and - of course- access to all of the other amazing entertainment and educational options we’ve put together for you! **Free Play Florida is a presentation of the Byte Amusement Group, a 501c3 Florida Non-Profit Organization run by volunteers.**

Free Play Florida November 22-24, 2024 Swap Meet Application Free Play Florida is excited to host it's first ever Swap Meet at this year's event! This is your opportunity to buy, sell, or trade all things arcade, pinball, console, retro computer, parts, etc.THIS APPLICATION IS NOT FOR VENDORS. The Swap Meet will take place on Saturday morning November 23, 2024 from 7:00am - 1:00pm. Any Free Play Florida ticketholder is welcome to attend and make purchases at the indoor Swap Meet. Limited space is availble for sellers. Seller RequirementYOU MUST HAVE A TICKET TO THE EVENT. You can purchase a ticket or have gained entry to the event by being a game contributer.game contributers receive priority application approval. Swap Meet SpaceOne 6 foot Swap Meet table, indoors at the RP Funding Center. Only one table per person. You are responsible in ensuring your items are not encroaching on neighboring sellers, aisles, or doors. All unsold items must be removed promptly at the end of the Swap Meet.   Payment $20 or FREEWant a free table? This option is only available to game contributers.You can elect to trade one of your game contributor incentives for a Swap Meet table.  Approved submissions will receive an Eventeny invoice for the $20 fee, the invoice must be paid within 7 days after receiving your acceptance email. Non-payments will forfeit their table.This payment is non-refundable. Space is non-transferrable. Game contributers who elect to trade incentives will have this fee waived. Setup InformationThe show hall will be open for Swap Meet setup Saturday, November 23, 2024 starting at 6:00am. All participants must check-in upon arrival to receive your space assignment prior to unloading. Load in instructions will be sent out prior to the event.  Hours of operationSwap Meet spaces are open for business on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 7:00am - 1:00pm. Other InformationRestrooms are available in the lobby just outside the show floor. During select hours the venue will have food available for purchase in the lobby.  Swap Meet sellers will have to pay for parking. This amount is set by the event venue.
