Hololive Meet with IRyS and Hakos Baelz at San Japan 15 (2024)

The lottery will begin on July 25th at 8:00 PM Central and end on July 28th at 11:59 PM Central. Notifications will be sent out by no later than August 5th.

San Japan would like to welcome our 2024 virtual talents, IRyS ( @irys_en ) and Hakos Baelz ( @hakosbaelz).

IRyS is a Nephilim who was once the embodiment of hope back in "The Paradise". While she has left to set off on an adventure, she continues to deliver hope through her lyrics and songs, with determination in her voice.

Hakos Baelz is Chaos. Mayhem. Entropy..... All in the form of a cute little rat. She is a performer looking for her next stage. Occasionally she will get swept up in her own storm, but thats just part of the fun. 

Meet & Greet FAQ:

1. The Meet & Greet will start at designated timing. 

2. Participants will wait for their Meet & Greet turn outside the hall.

3. Participants will be invited to enter the room according to the order that have been given on-site. When it is their turn participants will be invited to enter the room by the staff and the timing will commence once they start to interact.

4. Meet & Greet session is for 3 minutes. 

5. Nearing the end of the session, staff will remind the participant that Meet & Greet will be ending soon. For the remaining time, participant will have their picture taken by the staff using the participant's smartphone.

7. After the participant is finished, the next participant will enter, the flow runs from point 1 again. 

8. If there are participants who do things outside this Meet & Greet procedures, the staff will stop the Meet & Greet and the participants will be removed from the main room immediately.

9. Participants are required to report to the Meet & Greet site within 30 minutes after the commencement, Organizer & COVER reserves the right to end the Meet & Greet session earlier than the stipulated time in the convention schedule. 

Meet & Greet etiquettes:

1. Participant is not allowed to touch on political, pornographic, and anything ethnicity, religion, and race related topics. 

2. Participant is not allowed to touch on topics that are private such as family, finances and about management. 

3. Participant is not allowed to say disrespectful things to the talent and any other third parties. 

4. Participant is not allowed to say unpleasant things that is intimidating, insulting, threatening or anything that is meant to hurt any parties. 

5. Participant is not allowed to ask talent to say inappropriate and disrespectful things. 

6. Participant is not allowed to take pictures, record video or sound during the Meet & Greet. 

7. Participant is not allowed to do inappropriate gestures during the Meet & Greet. 

8. Meet & Greet must be done by individuals and according to the identity on the registration form, no friends or plus one is allowed. 

9. If there are participants who violate this Meet & Greet rules, the staff will stop the Meet & Greet and the participants will be removed from the main room immediately without refund.
