Grounds Use Rental (Nonprofit)

Nonprofits willing to agree to:

• No building occupancy/rental

• Outdoor event only

• No overnight camping

• Restroom access only

• Electric costs will be covered by renting organization (and they can elect to pass that on to the appropriate person, like the food vendors) charged at $137/vendor

• The renter manages any onsite vendors

• Renter responsible for outdoor trash cans and trash can cleanup/removal to appropriate dumpsters

• $150 refundable security deposit
