(Instructor’s class roster must be turned in with payment by 7th of each month)

** All Non-Profit groups must provide current copy of 501(c)-3 or 501(c)-6 documentation
· After-Hours Building Attendant Minimum 2 hours $17.50/hour
· Charge for Public Safety Officer Minimum 2 hours $45/hour
· Charge for Public Safety Officer Holiday Rate Min 2 Hrs $55/hour
· Security/Damage Deposit $200
Policies and Procedures
1. Renter will be able to get into the room no earlier than scheduled rental time. We cannot let renters in early to decorate or late to clean up. Please take this into consideration when scheduling your rental.
2. Rental fee includes use of room, tables & chairs as available, bathrooms & prep kitchen (community room rental only).
3. The renter should enter the Parks & Recreation office to notify the staff that they are here. Staff will then open the room.
4. Please do not make special requests of staff as they cannot grant them. All requests must be in writing and approved by Administration prior to the rental.
5. The room will be checked prior to and after your event by the staff on duty. Please accompany staff member for verification of any problems. The deposit will be used towards any excessive cleanup required or repair of damages. If there are any costs to the Village that exceed the deposit, the Renter shall pay the Village for all such costs upon receipt of an invoice.
6. The sale of Alcohol is prohibited. If Alcohol is being served, the renter must pay for a Public Safety Officer to be present throughout the entire rental and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, licenses and permit requirements. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of the event.
7. Adult supervision of children is required at all times.
8. Open flames, tobacco use of any kind and electronic cigarettes/vaporizers are prohibited.
9. Please be advised that the Village may have to cancel an event for the use of the hall in an emergency or when otherwise in the best interests of the Village. The Village will issue a refund or make other arrangements if possible.
10. The commercial sale or solicitation of products or services is prohibited.
11. Animals other than working service animals are prohibited.
12. Renter agrees that he/she is responsible for controlling the behaviors of all guests.
