About the application

The Swamp Cabbage Festival Committee is currently accepting nominations for the 2024 Heritage Family.  This annual honor is to celebrate a family from our community that has contributed in some way to our local heritage.

Terms & Conditions

This award can be given to any person, regardless of his or her current place of residence, who shall provide documentary proof satisfactory to the committee. The application and all supporting documentation (copies of originals) shall become the property of the SCF Committee and will be submitted to the LaBelle Heritage Museum for historical purposes.

 

To be eligible, the nominated person(s) must have resided in Hendry County for at lease fifteen (15) continuous years.
