Your Media badge allows complimentary access during all public hours. Your Media badge does NOT allow early access or special access. Your Medias badge does NOT allow you to cut lines. Your Media badge does NOT guarantee you seats. Your Media badge does NOT guarantee you autographs or free autographs from guests. Everyone attending UwU Con as Media MUST follow all UwU Con policies– including our anti-harassment rules.
Media Registration is open to journalists making regular editorial contributions only. Editorial Media includes writers, reporters, reviewers, producers, photographers, and cameramen who are attending specifically to cover UwU Con. Non-editorial personnel at media companies such as marketing and sales staff do not qualify for Media badges and will not be approved.
Media badges will not be approved for outlets created with the sole intent of obtaining free admission. If you’ve got a website that hasn’t been updated in six months, a blog that exists only to post your convention reviews, or a YouTube channel with two views you will not be approved. UwU Con checks every application that is submitted.
Media badges are non-transferable. You may not loan or sell your Media badge, and anyone conducting such behavior will have their Media badge revoked and will be disqualified from attaining Media badges at future UwU Con events.
APPLY INDIVIDUALLY PER REGISTRANT
All accepted Media will receive a QR Code to redeem their Media badge onsite at UwU Con. As a result, you will need to please apply individually per registrant. If you have five people under one outlet, that means we’ll need one application filled per registrant. Each registrant of the approved media outlet is individually responsible and must have their confirmed QR Code scanned upon picking up their media badge onsite. Proper identification will also need to be showcased upon arrival.
Interviews with talent cannot be guaranteed at the event. All our guests have approved schedules and on-site requests are very difficult to fulfill.

Incomplete applications will not be approved.
UwU Con reserves the right to approve or deny any application. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. Include any and all information in your application that will allow UwU Con to make an informed decision — you won’t be able to submit further information later on.
