Acknowledgment of Liability and Risk: By participating in this event, I hereby acknowledge that In The Park Events LLC and any associated parties shall not be held accountable or liable for any instances of lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. Furthermore, I understand and agree that In The Park Events LLC or any associated party shall not be responsible for supervising my child at any point during the duration of this contest or event. I assume full responsibility for the continuous supervision of my child throughout the event.

Health and Safety Disclaimer: I am fully aware that neither In The Park Events LLC nor any affiliated party can be held responsible in the event that I or my child come into contact with COVID-19 during the course of this event.

Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that my participation, as well as that of my child, in this contest, including going on stage or engaging in the contest activities, is undertaken at our own risk. In The Park Events LLC and any related parties shall not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries, or consequences arising from our participation.

Photography and Media Release: I grant In The Park Events LLC or any associated party the authorization to capture photographs or videos of myself and my child during the contest. These visual materials may be shared on social media platforms or the official website.

Appropriate Attire and Accompaniment: All outfits worn must be suitable for the designated age range. Parents or guardians may accompany children aged newborn to 3 years old on stage.

Sportsmanship Requirement: Every participant is expected to display good sportsmanship throughout the event.

No Refunds and Non-Transferability: I understand and accept that there will be no refunds for any reason, and participation in this event is nontransferable.
