Join FCPC for a free block party on Bull Street between E 31st and E 33rd Street! We will "Rock the Block" in celebration of our 6th anniversary and pay tribute to Stonewall with musical entertainment, advocacy & community organizations! There will be free HIV testing, the return of the BEAD GAME, food trucks and drinks. And we're just getting started! *Note: For bar and games debit/credit card only, no cash accepted.
