Car Show

Swamp Cabbage Festival Classic Car Show, highlighting the emerging styles of cars from the 1920's. So bring down your Tin Lizzie, True Blue Oakland Six, Model A and other awesome cars that launched the automotive industry into style! There will be food, music and all sorts of family fun!

By submitting this application you agree to the event's policies, procedures and requirements and will comply with them. I agree to indemnify, protect and defend and hold the City of LaBelle, and the Swamp Cabbage Festival Committee, representatives, agents, successors, members and employees of each of them from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, causes of action, suits, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, cost to comply with court and public agency directives, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys; and consultants' costs, expenses and fess, costs of experts, investigation expenses and costs incurred in settling indemnified claims either before and after litigation is commenced) arising out of my participation at the Swamp Cabbage Festival Car Show as a vendor and or exhibitor. The Swamp Cabbage Festival Committee, (SCFC) reserves right to refuse entries at their discretion, if they deem car or applicant unfit for the show. No Rain Dates, No Refunds Participants wishing to be located together need to specify such. SCFC will do it's best to group clubs together but may not always be able to do so. Please contact the car show coordinator prior to the event. Participants will accept responsibility for all materials and goods used or displayed in their area. Participants agree to remain for the entire event, No Early Load-out is permitted (unless pre-approved) Participants must have car(s) in place no later than 10:00am on the day of the show. All parking will be on flat level ground, grass or pavement area. Pre-registered space numbers will be provided at the time of check in and entries not re-registered will be parked in the order that they arrive. In the event that a pre-registered applicant fails to check in by designated time, SCFC reserves the right to assign that space to another applicant. All types of cars, trucks, motorcycles, and tractors are welcome! However only vehicles classified in the judging categories are eligible to win trophies. This is an outdoor event: inclement weather and wind gusts may occur. Prepare accordingly. Some spaces are located beneath or near trees.
