Taste of Alpharetta has become an annual tradition for festival-goers, families and foodies. Mark your calendars to dine in Downtown Alpharetta at over 65 local restaurants in one fun night. Sample delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts from the top chefs in town. Enjoy culinary delights, family fun zones, locally grown interactive area, activities for all ages and entertainment to please every palate. Admission is free and food tickets are available for purchase before the event and on-site. The Taste of Alpharetta is going CASHLESS. Please plan to utilize a credit/debit card, or payment App, for all ticket purchases.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in supporting the logistics and operations of the Taste of Alpharetta 2023. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of paid positions, including Event Set Up Coordinator, Parking Coordinator, Information/Ticket Booth Coordinator, Fun Zone Coordinator, Learn Zone Coordinator, Stage Hands Coordinator, Floater/Runner, VIP Area Assistance, Food Rescue Assistant, and Event Clean-Up/Break Down Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this exciting event. Please indicate which position you are applying for and why you are the ideal candidate in the application form.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a paid staff volunteer for the Taste of Alpharetta. Before you begin your role, please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Compensation: As a paid staff volunteer, you will receive compensation in the form of an hourly wage or stipend. Payment will be made at the end of the event.
  2. Schedule: You will be expected to adhere to the schedule provided to you by your supervisor. You must be punctual and reliable in your attendance.
  3. Duties: You will be responsible for performing the duties assigned to you by your supervisor, which may include but are not limited to event set-up, tear-down, registration, customer service, and general assistance as needed.
  4. Conduct: As a representative of the Taste of Alpharetta and JacobsEye Marketing, you are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. You must follow all applicable laws and organizational policies.
  5. Confidentiality: You may be given access to confidential information as part of your role. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not disclose it to any third party without the express permission of your supervisor.
  6. Termination: Your employment may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, by either party. Upon termination, you must return all organization property in your possession. Insurance: Our organization carries liability insurance to cover the organization and its volunteers. However, if you are injured while performing your duties as a paid staff volunteer, you are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

By accepting this position, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them throughout your employment as a paid staff volunteer at the Taste of Alpharetta.
