By submitting this application, you agree to the FAIR & EXPO CENTER CAMPING RULES.
To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone, we require all occupants and guests of the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center to comply with the following rules:
- Fair management reserves the right to assign sites. While preferences regarding location, site characteristics, etc. will be taken into consideration when reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests.
- A maximum of 6 occupants are permitted per site, except as otherwise approved by Fair management.
- No dogs allowed.
- Do not cross the barricades where you are not supposed to be walking. This includes walking or driving.
- Make sure you have all pull outs, tilts, tongues, tents, and cars inside your designated campsite and out of the Fire lane.
- Fire danger is still in the extreme zone. Please stay on designated roads only and do not wander from Lot 11, the Fair Camping area.
- Open fires are strictly prohibited. Only charcoal briquettes are to be used in barbecue grills. Propane fire pits are allowed and MUST not be left unattended.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Loud noises (including loud voices), running of generators, and bright or unnecessary exterior lighting are not permitted during this period.
- All occupants are responsible for keeping their site clean and free of trash, and maintaining the exterior of their RV/trailer in good condition. Littering is prohibited.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Children should not be allowed to wander or play outdoors without adult supervision.
- Illegal or excessive use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed outdoors.
- Guests are the responsibility of the registered occupant. Please make sure your guests know the Fair Camping Rules and abide by them. Overnight guests are not allowed.
- Fair management reserves the right to take any action reasonably necessary for the safety of property, occupants, guests or employees. Failure to comply with Rules or reasonable management requests may result in expulsion..
CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY
In return for my use and occupancy of the Fair Camping space at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center, I agree as follows:
- All information contained in this application is accurate.
- I have read, and agree to abide by, the Rules provided.
- If any property is damaged or destroyed by me, another occupant of my site, or any guest that I invite or allow into the Fair Camping area, I agree to be responsible for the reasonable costs of repairing or replacing such property.
Vehicle Registration and Insurance: I understand and agree that I am required to have current registration, insurance, license plates and tags for all vehicles I bring into the Fair Camping area. I agree that I am not permitted to bring a vehicle or keep a vehicle in the Fair Camping area that does not meet these requirements.
Indemnification/Release of Liability: : I hereby agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Deschutes County, and each of their former, current and future departments, employees, agents, and representatives, from any claim, demand, judgment, expense (including attorney fees) or other liability (including, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, death or property damage) whether brought by me or a third party, that is directly or indirectly related to my use or occupancy of the facility, except as may be caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of Deschutes County.
