It is a natural environment and when exhibiting in nature you might have to work within and around elements found in nature and also structures found commonly in city parks. - Booths can be located in full sun or deep shade and most have sloping terrain. - This is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be given for cancellation. Once you submit your application there is no turning back. Think carefully before hitting that send button and check your calendar. Conflicting events do not warrant a refund. - There is no electricity available. - You will be asked to upload one photo.
