AdventHealth Daytona Beach - Lunch

AdventHealth Daytona Beach is going to try out having food trucks for their staff, guests, etc. on select days in September. If it goes well, we will likely expand the offering. Important Information Failure to follow these instructions when you apply will likely cause you not to be selected: No pork or shellfish may be on the menu Vegetarian options are encouraged Need a condensed menu with only a few items you can serve quickly to help expedite serving as most staff only have 30 minutes DBPR and Food Safety required A few other notes: The cafeteria is still open, but they think there will be great interest in the food trucks from both staff and patient families. We will start with (2) trucks at lunch (11a-2p) and (1) truck at dinner (6-9pm) From a staffing perspective, there are 1200-1400 staff during a day shift and 400-500 at night.
